GUARANTEE of satisfaction of items listed or supplied are for their intended use only.  Full credit or replacement without cost to you will be made for any defective material.  Freight costs associated with defects or return are subject to final approval by JRD.

PACKING costs are included in the price of the purchase on domestic level, however suitable for Air Export.  Wood packing is separate charge and is not included unless provided by the maker as standard.  Chemicals or hazards that require special packaging to conform to DOT regulations may incur an additional package or boxing charges.

REPAIRS: Every attempt will be made to troubleshoot or try to fix the product in the field or outside USA.  It is the original manufacturers warranty that takes precedence should someone attempt to dismantle a product and maybe void the warranty. If the product cannot be repaired or fixed in the field, JRD will provide the proper information for return.

RETURNED GOODS must be to JRD LAB SUPPLY CO (IL or CA) depending on the product and original manufacturers location.  To obtain credit or replacement for your returned goods, each return must include JRD return goods authorization number (RGA#). Please call, FAX, or e-mail FIRST before returning anything.  Any returns may be subject to restocking charges. All returns should be made within 30 days of shipment, unless prior approval has been accepted by JRD.

BLANKET ORDERS are available to save you time and money. Further discounts may be applicable.

DESIGN CHANGES and improvements are constantly being made by any manufacturer, therefore some items may differ somewhat or the specifications have been upgraded or modified from its original state.  In most cases, such differences are in the interest of better performance or appearance, and this decision is the right of the manufacturer without liability.
